Great service, good prices

J'ai tenté d'exprimer mon insatisfaction en regard du travail effectué sur ma tondeuse manuelle à rouleau. J'ai demandé à qui je devais m'adresser, on me répond, au lieu de demander à qui parler, expliquez-nous ce qui se passe. J'explique ce qui se passe, on me laisse avec la tondeuse et les lames mal ajustées qui accrochent suite au travail effectué. Puis, rien, nada , niet, pas de réponse, pas de suivi . Je trouve que ce n'est pas professionnel. En affaire, il faut être prêt à recevoir les bonnes et les mauvaises critiques mais je réalise, qu'on ne cherche pas à comprendre le client. Je ne recommande pas .

It's really frustrating trying to get the correct knife order from them. 7 months at this point and not one order has been all the way correct. The knives they do provide are good quality though.

Quality service and reasonably priced. My scissors and knives were returned to me better than new. The owner is very customer oriented, giving me tips on how to keep my blades nice and sharp.

Je suis venu de Montréal pour aiguiser mon couteau, parce que je n'avais pas trouvé quelqu'un à Montréal qui maîtrise autant l'aiguisage. Je recommande avec confiance et je lui remercie beaucoup pour son travail. Si je pouvais donner 6 étoiles, j'aurais donné 6 étoiles.

I wish they sold cross country ski equipment or or sports gear like they used to when they were by the casino. I love the clearance rack they have for jackets. Always find something for a good deal. I once got $200 off on a Helly Hansen coat and paid $99.99 for it. Like most stores in pa i felt like i was constantly watched but understandable. Gotta protect there merch and keep prices from going up. Shoplifting has an impact as to why prices increase. Anyone else agree?

Asked him to sharpen 2 pairs of scissors and he said it would be ready that afternoon, 2 weeks went by and they still weren't done. He laughed at my husband on the phone for thinking they would be done already. We ended up picking them up and will find some place else to do them. Terrible service and poor professionalism.
